Before the selected crew and officers
are sent to the appointed vessels, they are given a
one-week, Pre assigning, in-house
training by the I.S.O. Internal Auditors / Instructors, for thorough
understanding of I.S.M. Code (International Safety Management). They are
also trained in both theoretical and practical aspects, to become familiar with the
instruments, life-saving equipments and other components of the vessels
they will be assigned to handle. In the same time, they are taught to fulfill their
given duties, to be obedient, to have good relations with officers and
crew of different nationalities. They are also taught to speak fluent
English.
